We want you to love what you buy from Liberty Blue, but of course from time to time, we know that you may not be happy with your purchases. Goods purchased online are protected by Distant Selling Regulations and so you are entitled to a refund if you wish to return pieces to us.
If you would like to return what you have ordered, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 28 days of your purchase. Items MUST be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and you must also provide proof of purchase. If you are posting items back to us, we'd advise using a tracked service.

You can of course call into the shop with your returned items, but please do send us an email before you do so!
We will refund the payment back onto the card which you paid with, or the PayPal account used by you. Please allow up to 10 days to see the refund appear in your account, depending on bank processing times. if the refund hasn't appeared after this period, please send us an email to email@example.com and we will look into this for you.
For hygiene reasons, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange jewellery.
